Why not, if the unit is well maintained and if the price is right, then go for it. Real time 4x4 features and driving comfort in one.
If matic then look at the way it shifts, no drags or delay when shifting, suspension is easy to repair and watch out for noises when turning at the rear, it may be signs of the propeller giving.
