Bago lang po ako dito and I've been reading a lot of your threads from our masters in terms of choosing my first car. Ung budget ko lang po is nasa 130 to 150k po. So far ang choices ko na nakikita ko na pasok sa budget ko is Nissan sentra at Honda Civic. Medyo old models na sila pero advise kasi sakin is ok para sila for city driving. Normally gagamitin k lang sya pang travel from makati to Antipolo lang.

Looking for your advise po kung may suggestion din p kyo open po ako.

That budget will get you a newer Nissan, or an older Honda.

Out of preference i like the honda pero in this case better buy the newest and best condition car you can.

get an ek civic vti and a good one at that. 150k? handa ka pa at least 20k remember it is a used car and something is gonna break down somehow

Buy a Honda Civic LXI/VTI/VTEC ung P120K or P130K and set aside around P20K para palit ka lahat ng fluids and belts, break pads etc. 90's honda civics are reliable lalu na pag stock engine pa

Ako din naghahanap ako ng Civic Sir, 160 - 190 budget ko, pero sana may makuha ako na 160 lang para pampagawa ung matitira.

Baka po may maisuggest kayo dan or mairefer

Mataas pa bentahan ng used Civic SiR 1999-2000 kasi collectors item na ito. Yung iba naman owners, ayaw ibenta yung Civic SiR nila. Puwede siguro yung Civic EK VTi sa budget mo. Pero kung gusto mo ng kotse na Honda na may malakas na makina sa budget mo, hanap ka ng 6th gen Accord (98-02) with MT tranny. Much better nga yung 6th gen Accord kasi naka ABS na at dual airbags pa.
