I don't think there will be a new civic in 2011....
There was news a few months ago that the planning stage of the next generation civic was halted and that the company totally revised the design to give way to an economically, environment friendly civic
Most likely to happen is that the present generation civic will have the longest run before giving way to the next generation out there. So better buy and enjoy the FD now!

July 6th, 2010 05:10 PM #7hi everyone. need advice on mags. i have an 07 civic (mileage 30t kms) and i want to upgrade the mags:
- will it be fine to get 18" rims or just stick with 17s
- where is the best and cheapest (most reasonable) place to buy new mags and tires
- any idea on how much the mags and tires would cost
- how much discount can i get if i trade in my present mags and tires
thanks in advance

MayG,
I came from stock 16s then wento 18s....ok sa porma 18s lalo na at lowered kaso sa akin eh ayaw na ni wifey(mabigat daw)...so now I got myself 17s and and will try to see how it goes... What's you theme and what mags do you have in mind?
To answer your q's:
1. Depends on you...looks or comfort?
2. Depende sa place mo...sa marikina area mura kay jsm as endorsed by fellow TFD members..dito sa tsikot wala pa ako alam masyado eh
3. Depends sa mags at tires.....mags can start from 25K to 120K+ / tires can start from 2.5K to 12K+/pc
4. Better sell them than to trade them....

naka 225/40/R18 ako mabigat talaga and matagtag pero for me i learned to tolerate it. siguro nasanay ako sa tagtag kasi galing ako sa GD city na naka 205/45/R16.
hanggang 36PSI ang natotolerate ko hehe. 32/30 is the best pero iwas bengkong narin kaya 36/36 yung hangin ko lalo na during biyahe. tibay ng buto ko no? hehehe
anyway, magkano ba CASA wiper blades? any recommedations? kung aftermarket bibilhin ko? start of the rainy season na eh and kanina lang malakas ang ulan and need na replacement ng blades ko. blades ba may problema kapag madaming streaks yung windshield mo kapag nagwiwipe siya? nagtataka ako kasi sa passenger side eh sobrang linis pero sa driver side grabe yung water streaks hehe
