Even with an ordinary battery, if one has 2 or more cars ... the CTek charger will pay for itself if just 2 cars extend their battery lives by a year or so ...

Now, consider buying a new battery every two years and compare it with a battery replacement of 4 years using CTEK charger. It has paid on its own.

Cars to share the physical setup sir? Want to see how it connects to the battery? Do you leave it connected or you just connect it once a day?

Gamit ko 10A 7 Stage automatic battery charger, around 3k bili ko over a year ago. Eto ginamit ko pang maintain ng battery, ngayon kelangan ko na palitan yung battery kasi medyo may leak na sa posts. Pero ok na rin kasi umabot naman ng 5 yrs yung batt.

Pwede rin to pang charge sa deep cycle battery na pang solar.

Tingin ko worth it yung price kasi kung ma discharge battery at least pwede ko charge at home, pag masiraan sa labas order na lang ako sa Motolite. Useful for me since pwede ko gamitin sa 3 cars namin. Usually once a week ko lang gamitin.

I use it every night and leave it that way until I use the car. I don't see any problem if you leave it that way for a couple of days. I didn't use the supplied clamp but instead used the permanent connectors (I don't know what it's exactly called). It's plug and play.

This is a very convenient way of charging your battery and leaving your hood in closed position. Just be mindful of it as you might forget you are charging it. This happened to me, almost. Now, I got the habit of checking it everytime before starting the car. Thank you, *walter and *travajante for this reminder.

You don't charge the CTEK, you plug it instead to your household outlet (220V). I think you are confusing it with a power bank jumpstart battery. This CTEK works like your cellphone charger but not as a power bank.

For this reason why I have the portable jumpstart battery. I bought it in Ace hardware. I know it's expensive but I wanted to try it first before buying it so I didn't consider those from Lazada.

Put a chair beside the driver's door with a sign reminding you to check battery charger ... also clean the quick connector socket from time to time as it will accumulate dust ...

Magaling nga daw yang CTEK ayon sa ibang forums.
Yun lang dapat hindi na kelangan unless hindi mo ginagamit yung sasakyan ng madalas

Yung case ng battery ng BR-V mukhang may nadadale talaga ng faulty.
Lumalabas yung battery talaga may issue kaya imbes na bumili ng charger palit na lang ng battery kung lampas na warranty
