catch plate adjustment

safe po ba magpa adjust ng catch plate using stock spring pa rin para ma lowered ang sasakyan (civic 99)?

torno ang term nila dyan. a lot of people does this. i think you can have this done at cruven or zee. if your askig if its safe, its not.

galing ako sa zee nung isang araw. nagparepair ng rear shocks. may nagsuggest saken dun i-lowered ko daw 98 lancer ko by replacing my front springs with sentra rear springs and also by lowering the rear catch plate. mga 2.5 finger gap daw yun sa front tsaka 3 finger gap sa rear. aabutin lang ng mga less than 5k including parts and labor.

May nakapagtry na ba sa inyo ng ganitong setup? musta naman?
