Curious lang po ako kung pwede gamitin ang fuel injector ng Civic Lxi sa Civic Vti to improve fuel economy.

Easy answer? Yes.
Correct answer? It'll cause a whole lot of problems down the line. And possibly coudl result in higher fuel consumption when the O2 sensor readjusts your fuel maps to make up for the lower fuel delivery of the LXi injectors. That's if the car doesn't overheat at idle before the maps readjust.
If you really want to save, either swap down to an LXi, or invest in a cheap programmable P08 ECU, then lean out the charge using that, instead of mix-and-matching parts and confusing the hell out of the stock ECU.

March 26th, 2014 11:40 AM #3Thanks sa input sir, gusto ko lang sanang gayahin yung setup na nakita ko sa Corolla lx (Big Body). Maliit na injector yung ginamit para daw makatipid, ngayun ko lang naisip na carburator type pala ung engine ng Corolla lx.

pero after i week unti unting nag leak ung injector.para siyang na pwersa sa buga ng gasolina.parang napigil kaya nag leak.
