Thanks to everyone who replied. I'll be pushing for the leather seats instead. I chose honda since I'm scared third party would not be able to provide same fit and quality as the RS; But I dunno I don't have much experience. If there's anyone here who had theirs done outside, would appreciate as well.
I'll be letting go of the spoiler now and just upgrade stock rims in the future. For now I'll wait for my quotations - went to 4 dealers during the long weekend.

Many dealers actually outsource their leather fitments to 3rd parties. When I had my steering wheel wrapped at Seatmate Mandaluyong, I saw a Toyota agent dropping off a Fortuner G for leather reupholstering.
Best to compare prices of Honda and ask the 3rd party shops as well.

OR they will just outsource it like you mentioned.
