It took us a couple of weeks to get the CR of one of our vehicles. There were no available CR forms nor stickers, according to LTO Muntinlupa....

What I heard from the news was that, the winner of the bidding done earlier for these LTO forms and supplies, was blacklisted some time ago. And so, some officials were being questioned/investigated. Meantime, the public is inconvenienced.....
