Super Duper Slow Processing in LTO branches

just renewed my license at atc last tuesday, pero 2pm na ako nakarating dun due to heavy rain, madami sobra tao kaya pinababalik na lang ako kinabukasan kaso coding ako nun kaya thursday ko na naparenew. nagpadrugtest at medical na ako nung tuesday then nung thursday, inagahan ko punta dun 815am nandun na ako at na release card in less than 30 mins. di ko lang sure about yung conversion from non pro to pro.

The LTO at the town center accepts only license renewal. If you need to change from Non-pro to Pro, you have to go to the Las Pinas office.

Ang bagal sobra ng processing sa LTO muntinlupa. I was there past 10am natapos na ako ng 9pm. :twak2: Its because of their connections with LTO main in which I learned that LTO is implementing centralization of records, handled by Stratcom.

Bullshit! Their client is always resetting cant connect im a significant time to their main server. Lahat na ng tao nagagalit na. Ako naman I'm very angry not with them but with Stratcom because there the ones implementing the system. it cam to a point that one lady was already so angry with them and accidentally hit me with the door. Good thing that the head Ms. Monina was soooo patient in explaining to me, her and everyone about the situation. Kudos to her. The other LTO branches were all going haywire too. Las pinas manager almost got a stroke because of the chaos.

I'm betting that Stratcom's server cant handle the load at this time. Large volume of registrants with the addition of the onlining registration of their insurances and smoke emission data so their servers just can't handle it!

Whats wrong with Stratcom? They should have done something about this? Kawawa ang mga tao. Biruin mo nationwide ang pangyayari. It's a bad side for them. :eek:

Databases is not my field but at least I know enough that you should have backup servers on their satellite branches or thei increase their servers in main or increase their bandwidth... and they should have already foresighted this problem and upgraded. I bet it's another no case study justdo it now or funds problem.

Just fanning out... grabe whole day ako sa lto... leave na tuloy akko. Kung di lan ako busy whole week mas maaga ako nagregister.

Akala ko sa Cainta lang mahirap kumuha nang license?

Maigi pa ang LTO Camp Aguinaldo branch sa may 20th Ave Malapit sa Aurora Blvd. mabilis ang pagkuha nang license maganda pa ang parking area nila.

yung dati kong oto non-appearance din ang parehistro ko, ayaw ko na kasi pumunta lto medyo matagal nga, pinasasabay ko lang dun sa mga company cars na for registration meron kasi dito sa opis na lto layas-on (layas ng layas lagi wala sa opisina)

This may or may not apply to everyone, but you could try coursing the registration through towing or insurance companies, if they offer it. AAP does. Sobrang bawas sa hassle. Emissions testing na lang lalakarin mo. Dalhin mo yung certificate at pa-stencil sa kanila, pay the reg fee, tapos! Babalikan mo na lang yung OR & stickers after a few days. :nod:

thanks for the info....

that's why I course my registration renewal via the AAP.

May I recommend:
1. LTO Pasig inside the Rizal Provincial Capitol in Shaw Blvd. Mabilis diyan.
2. Course annual registration through the CASA where you
bought your vehicle. For a fee, they do that for you non-appearance.
Toyota Ortigas does it and so does Honda Shaw. Ask them if they
provide such services.

Sabi ng dad ko ang change name/address daw dapat sa LTO Main. Hindi ba pwede yun sa Farmer's LTO?
