Meron daw siyang violation dahil dapat daw before the pedestrian lane siya huminto. Obvious naman na ang laki ng space sa pagitan ng pedestrian lane saka yellow box. Kapag doon ka huminto hindi ka sagabal sa pedestrian at hindi ka pa rin lagpas sa yellow box.

Agree ako kung nasa ibabaw ng pedestrian lane nakahinto pero hindi iyan nakasagabal sa pedestrian lane dahil ang laki ng space sa pagitan ng ped lane at yellow box.

Not that many PH drivers are well versed in basic street markings and traffic signs. Basta maka kambyo at mag preno, pwede ka nang kumuha ng lisensya...

The yellow box is to keep the intersection open for other cars. The white lines are for the pedestrians naman...

based on the video, the distance from the yellow box to the pedestrian lane is more than one car length, is this really a traffic violation?

and by the way, was the motorcycle rider also issued a ticket? he was clearly over the yellow box!!!
