December 31st, 2014 12:56 AM #23it's not that those in control are "tamad gawan ng paraan", sa tingin ko dahil hindi naman cost effective at feasible yung all-rfid/tag system. masyado lang maarte yang mga senador, ayaw naiipit sa traffic kaya ganyan agad ang bukambibig.
not everyone who owns a vehicle passes by either expressway on a daily or weekly, no - make that monthly basis. ako personally i make around 2-3 round trips on NLEx and 5-6 round trips on SLEx annually. and those are peak seasons pa.
waiting in line for 1-3 minutes everytime i use the expressways is more efficient that purchasing those tags which costs thousands. iba pa ang tags ng north at south.
BUT if i can use the same tag to use the LRT/MRT system maybe i'd consider buying one. hehehe

i dont remember any senator complaining about the NLEx traffic during the centenary of the INC.Last edited by nori; December 31st, 2014 at 12:59 AM.

How about integrating all E-pass tags. Coastal road, SLEX, NLEX, Tplex, etc. Majority naman siguro ng motorist gumagamit ng kahit isang express way.

It also took us 11 hours to get to get to Baguio from Alabang, we probably spent 3 hours in tollgates and another 2 in the traffic in Sison.
It took us a brisk 5.5 hours to get home without any shenanigans

Personally kaya hindi ako nag-EC Tag is because hindi ko mamonitor yung trips. I reimburse my business travels per trip - pag EC Tag kasi buong statement lang diba?

Mas madalas nagkakatagalan sa pagbayad eh yun class 2 and 3 vehicles.
This year, ang gripe ko eh ang exit ng NLEX going to EDSA Balintawak. This year ko lang napansin na palaging traffic ang side na yan. Then after naman ng Balintawak market eh smooth flowing na.

Exactly the same problem with Nepa-Q Mart, and all other markets situated along main thoroughfares - trucks unloading goods, buses loading passengers, shoppers double parking, and so on.
Di ko gets bakit ayaw patulan ng MMDA yung mga yan, sobrang easy target for obstruction of traffic kung 3 lanes na sinasakop nila.
