who said na bawal ba ang chrome na mags, lowered, clear plate covers? dami kasing mga OA na post kaya nagkakaganito eh. stick to facts.

about the wang-wangs and blinkers, di naman tinanggalan yung sa mga patrol cars eh. ang inalisan ay yung mga un-marked police vehicles and private vehicles ng officers/enforcers.

common sense. you wouldnt use your high beam as much often as your low beam right?

bakit eto problema? irrelevant. brand new cars with projectors on halogen bulbs? hhmm we were talking about aftermarket hids without projectors.

oem projector kits are legal, whether halogen bulbs or hid equipped. needless to say, it should be properly aligned and adjusted to the extent it cannot glare to opposing vehicles but also provides good visibility for the driver itself.

ok, whats gonna be the common baseline?

If they are going to ban something like HIDs then ban them all throughout... mahirap yan selective...
galit ako sa naka hid without proper adjustments and projector kits. personal na dahilan. tama ka, it has to be done right.

    hulihin din. no questions.

linawin ko lang yung nakabold, eto yung pagkakaintindi ko sa post mo.

"majority of hid users use their kits on their reflector HLs without proper projector kits"

then, they're doing it the wrong way. that should be discourage.

marami na nag-install ng hid-projector retrofit.

so whats gonna be the common baseline?

Kung i-coconfiscate gaya ng wang-wang at blinkers eh pano na uuwi yun sasakyan? escort ba nila hanggang makarating sa pupuntahan?

I could go on and on at marami pang issue na pwedeng i-discuss.

about sa panghuhuli, pwedeng maglagay ng check points. mataas din ang crime rate tuwing gabi. kaya nga mas marami check points sa gabi kaysa sa araw. or just like what they do during the day, traps and abangers. 24 hours ang Police naten, shift by shift. atleast, more Police visibility is implemented.

a simple violation ticket with higher fees can be produced during the apprehension. confiscate the license also. dont give back the license until the violation is corrected. kung hiniram lang ng nahuli, abala na din sa may-ari.

it should be stricter than before. para magtanda ang lahat.

    my two cents brother.

    try mo to bro:

    http://www.lto.gov.ph/fines_and_pena...html#v_license

    says:

    52. Use or installation of heavily tinted colored/painted windshield or 600.00
    or window glass
    - to be imposed upon the owner/driver sunvizor or light tinted
    are allowed

    BTT:

    eto di ko naintindihan...

    54. Use/installation of a glaring/stainless object upon at the front 500.00
and/or rear of a motor vehicle
    - to be imposed upon the owner

does the word "glaring" include lights? how about chrome aesthetics?
