ah so you mean its ok to drive around ng naka high beam ka lang lagi since mas maganda ang visibility mo at walang violation since high beam lang naman.

And again, Why are we going to base violations on judgement calls only? Again yun blinkers at sirens madali lang yan... its either meron or wala kaya alam mo kaagad kung may violation.

I am not defending HID users since I dont advocate them without the proper retrofits. I just want this to be done right. If these things would not be implemented without proper laws backing it, baka mag-back fire lang yan. If they are going to ban something like HIDs then ban them all throughout... mahirap yan selective...

those hid a-holes that glares oppositely approaching vehicles are "mostly" aftermarket without proper projector kits and improperly adjusted. and sa di maipaliwanag na kadahilanan, insensitive sila!
well most of the HID users sa kalsada are using halogen retrofits instead of the proper HID retrofits.

I never said that they need to buy the equipment. That would depend on the IRR itself, medyo oldschool na kasi yun Guidelines... yun halogens na sinasabi nila sa IRR eh 80s pa yata naimplement yun dahil nauso yun halogens sa unahan ng sasakyan na parang rally car. they should revise the IRR if they want to include HIDs....

Ngayon another problem would be enforcing them... how would you know kung equipped nga ng improper lighting yun sasakyan lalo na kung umaga sila manghuhuli? i-coconfiscate ba?

I could go on and on at marami pang issue na pwedeng i-discuss.
