I dont know. That guy knows he is being chased by the police. In the video, one of the policemen even shot the tire and the driver of the car just looked outside and fled. He should have just stopped there and surrendered in the middle of the streen where people can see what is happening.

That guy probably have some connections in the police. He thought he'll just get away and use that connection. Too bad the police did not give him his due process.

Sa US, people are also shot for traffic violations when they flee and refuse to stop... Malas lang ni City driver na di siya pinagbigyan makatakas. Maybe his adrenaline rush got the better of him.

Something wrong with an SOP that allows police to shoot fleeing suspects who are not caught in the act of committing a dangerous crime. What if it was a case of mistaken identity? If he is not deemed dangerous at the scene does he really need to be shot?

Once police ended up killing a couple of innocent people who just happened to have the same car. It was a Crosswind. I remember once they were chasing a Vios and ended up opening fire on an Altis.

What if someone who doesn't like you accuses you of being a carnapper. Can police open fire at you just like that?

Correct me if my understanding of the event is wrong.

1. The guy counterflow.
2. The TE tried to stop him and asked for his license but he just run over the TE.
3. Police chased him. shot his tire. But he continued to flee.
4. Police continues the chase and tried to stop him.
5. He tried to run over some of the police.
6. Police killed him.

Is this correct? He basically assaulted a TE and some police men. That's like signing your death warrant.
