Sabi naman:
- The regular plates should be displayed as it is and should not be covered with glass, plastic, acetate, wire mesh or other coverings, which may make letters and numbers unreadable.

pano ung mga naka plate protector ung nasaloob ung plaka?
dapat ung mga clears pwede kasi kung wala un e d sinabitan na ung mga plate no.,, tapos papagawa ka, tapos pag d k nagpagawa huhulihin ka, kasi tupi tupi na or putol ung plate no mo., pwd na cguro plate protector or glass frame na visible!!

Is it now being implemented? Napakarami ko pang nakikita sa Commonwealth Avenue and EDSA na mga tinted plate covers.

Naku po. Kabibili ko lang ng clear plastic plate protector bawal na pala.
