Arguably,- vehicle plates, being the "most important" (that is for easy identification) part of the car,- are also the most abused due to our unique "personal modification"....
If LTO offers the motorists an inch,- then eventually, many will be grabbing the whole horizon. That is the danger!

if it were up to me, no.
and i disagree with the LTO... dapat pati yung lumang plaka, kasama na rin sa "no plate borloloy" policy..i heard that live radio interview.. the guy said the new plates are now reflectorized, and the covers will interfere with...
but our old plates are also reflectorized!
