    I was told that this stretch of road will be open to the public on Nov 1. Is it already open?

    as of last night, still closed. Dont understand why they wont open it. AFAIK, th road is complete and ready for use. They just wont open it for some reason. My guess is they are waiting for the SLEX toll fee increase.

    i wonder how the public would deal with the toll increase.. i think 300% increase is way too much..

    payag ako nya basta after 5 years free na ang SLEX...

    i dont know why in other countries.. like australia. their toll ways are paid for in less than 5 years..

    while SLEX has been operational since the 80s....
