Ako, 2X na.
- Una, sa Bonifacio Circle sa Caloocan, going to Rizal Ave. Ext. Violation? Nang iya-abot ko na yung P100, in full view of the public, biglang tumalikod at naglakad palayo.
Mesa. Binayaran ko ata noon P300.

stopped about 10-15 times.
got cited by the officer about 5 times
got two written warnings (but no citation)
the rest of the time nadaan sa pakiusap o sa pa-cute
never bribed the officer but in the US you'll most likely find yourself in jail instead of driving free...

Here in the US, never been cited, never been pulled over.
In Manila, one time the license plate screws broke so I didn't want to let it dangle on the front bumper. Put it on the windshield temporarily. Ayun, pinapara ako the same day. No bribe...don't remember how much I paid. We asked somebody (friend) inside the LTO office where the license was insteadof course the occasional false violation just so they can get a bribe like beating the red light kuno, etc. I just stayed there, talking with whoever pulled me over, until it rained (few minutes later) they had to seek shelter
