Guys, recently bought a black Camry 3.5QQ last month. Really went detailing it and everything kakaparada pa lang sa garahe... And just a while ago, around 1020 in the evening, after having dinner in Alabang, nung nakarating ako sa stretch ng West Service Road before mag Bicutan interchange on my way home, heavy traffic...
Leche talaga! Kabago-bago pa naman din ng sasakyan.
Sigh... having no traffic report of any sort to submit to insurance, ano laban ko sa motor na un? And if not, ano man lang ang pwede kong gawin para magtanda ang loko?

I doubt if you could go directly to LTO and ask for details about the motorcycle driver. I suggest you file a police report first but before you can do that you may want to prepare some merienda for the police so they could attend to your issues. Hehehe.

Been there, done that. If you have the time and financial resources, and really intent on serving a lesson, go for it. Pero I have to warn you, it will take years (at least sa QC, daming caseload ng mga korte dun). Eventually, mawawalan ka ng gana and wonder why you went through the process in the first place. Otherwise, let your insurance company handle the problem.

Bro,- sorry to hear this bad experience. I agree with Galactus,- make a police report na hit and run and then document there the plate number of the motorbike as you're very sure about it.
Then, ipagawa/ipaayos mo na lang sa insurance and let them do the work on pursuing the financial responsibility with the driver of the motorbike....

I suggest you go to your dealer and ask how much to re-paint the panel, para exact color. Why? Because if you will pass it to the insurance, your participation will be will be 0.5 percent of the value of your car for every accident. If it is the 3.5Q, you have to pay your insurance 9K for that scratch...
