bro, pasencya kna pero pakilala mo sa akin yung friend mo at babatukan ko lang. bakit pati tpl expired eh kasabay palagi yun ng registration, meaning u can't register the vehicle without a tpl insurance. if such is the case, then expired na rin registro ng kotse. tama lang makulong yang friend mo, matuto ng aral, tatanga tanga eh.

Usually, sabay talaga ang renewal sa TPL sa registration, but you can get compre insurance at any time, provided na may insurable value pa ang sasakyan. But some insurance companies decline to provide coverage for cars over 10 years old.Last edited by Galactus; March 30th, 2009 at 03:19 PM.
