Notorious ito between Buendia and Ayala south bound during rush hour.
On top of that, TEs are becoming scarcer and scarcer on the road it seems. I hardly see any during the day, I hardly see them on their posts on time, I don't see them doing anything to ease traffic flow... At night you don't see them at all. At the EDSA - Megamall loading bay, it's usually the private guards of SM who try to work on the traffic there (as if the bus drivers will heed to them). If there's a TE in place, he's not all too effective it seems as the training and discipline of the TEs needs to be worked on. They must understand how it is to be driving in traffic to be effective. In fariness to the MMDA TE's though, I rarely see the kotong/vulture types unlike the LGU TE's who hang around in droves, waiting for prey instead of directing traffic.
Sarap pasabugin!
On my way home at 12mn after meeting up with some friends, it was traffic on EDSA - Guadalupe precisely because these MOTHER F****** BUSES we're parked on 3-4 F****** lanes!!! It was the same case again on Mandaluyong - Boni this morning on my way to work. MMDA is one big joke in traffic management. These areas are all within their head office and they can't even do anything to keep them in line... heck they can't even monitor if their TEs are in place doing what they have to do it seems.Last edited by vinj; December 19th, 2012 at 09:38 AM.
