Mazda 323 at macapagal No Plate on front and rear

Nung stuck sa traffic sa macapagal dahil sa pyro olympics nakita ko itong Mazda 323 na gray naka tukod,naka mags, muffler at may malaking sticker sa rear na Driftwurks.Meron din sticker na bride sa side.Ganda ng itsura nung 323niya. Nung makita ko wala siyang plate front and rear instead naka lagay sa dashboard.Wala rin license plate lights(w/c ang dami kong nakikita na ganito sa daan).
Hindi ko nakuha yung plate dahil nasa left side ako nun at nasa right side ng dashboard pala niya ang plate niya.

These are the type of owners who forget (on purpose?) that their rides, though they look cleaner without plates, are not in a car show but on a public road, thus the need for their plates to be conspicuously displayed. Tsk tsk!
