    I want to obtain a copy of a list of traffic rules and regulations in Metro Manila so when flagged down I'll have documents to show which rules exist or doesn't exist. I have been searching all throughout the LTO website but to my dismay I haven't been successful.

    Any help would be great. Thanks.

    Try the MMDA

    On their Archives, they have this [SIZE=3]'Traffic Fines and Penalties' [/SIZE]

    it's quite difficult nga.
    aside from mmda & lto rules, there are also different city ordinances around the metro.

    The problem is supreme court released a decision that MMDA traffic enforcers are not allowed to issue traffic tickets and yet they still keep on issuing tickets until this day.
