As cleared and clarified by SMART, it's actually a Pasaload transaction. Notice the first-three digits of the the last set of numbers, 808++. Everything after 808 is no longer read by the system, only the first three. If no denomination is placed after the mobile number, Php10.00 is being transferred by default.
"Hi SMART Tsikoteers,
Please be informed that official text messages from SMART have a caller line identification of SMART and not any mobile number(s). Please disregard the message you received because SMART doesn't support such promo.
If you continually receive such messages , you may personally file a formal complaint to NTC Head Office or any of its Regional Offices via their One-Stop Public Action Center for proper action. In the event that you have received three consecutive text messages from the same number, we can be ordered by NTC to deactivate the culprit's line. Please make sure that you are able to get the number of the one who sent you a hoax text message. Thank you very much."
