January 6th, 2009 10:31 AM #4Good idea! Furthermore, I think this concept should be employed by the parking establishments too. I wish they'd hang big tarps of that image along the walls of the parking area. The security guard would then be deputized to go a bit further by sticking a similar sticker on the windshield of an offender kung hindi pa tumalab yung message doon sa tarp.

February 6th, 2009 10:27 AM #10When I was a newbie, it took me an extremely, embarrassingly long time to park my car. But I made damned sure that my car was parked properly, regardless of how much time and fuel I burned doing so.
Also, when I was in driving school, my instructor always told me never to leave my car parked improperly. Not only will you annoy the ones parked next to you, but you will risk damaging your own car (via door dings, or worse).
Sa simula pa lang, I'd back up. Then I'd get out of the car to make sure I'm properly centered. And if I'm not, I'd get the car out again and make the proper adjustments, ad infinitum.. until done correctly.
As a newbie, it was MY JOB to ensure that I don't make those parking mistakes. If I felt I could not park in those tight places, then I'd move on and look for a place that I feel I can park properly.
Technically, lumagpas yung VIOS sa line. Check the side view mirror.
Kung may pasahero yan, sigurado na door ding na niya yung katabi niya.
