Tonight, I was following a blue Lancer (90's model). Its plate number has a tinted cover. I was able to read the number when I flashed my headlights. Whenever it braked, it's 3rd brake light lit like a headlight.

I decided to overtake it. When I did, I looked at my sidemirror and noticed that its right headlight is busted.
