Halata naman from the video that the enforcer wasn't the unruly type. Look how sheepish he reacted as the fat bloke verbally lambasted and slapped him.

Kudos to whoever shot the video. Stuff like these happen everyday (yes, hindi lang yung MMDA yung walang modo), but thankfully this time it was made for everyone to see.

Yeah, kakahiya na Atenista nga yung listed education niya. I get shitted up also at enforcers but i never ever stooped down to that level since there are better ways to deal with them if theyre being abusive.
