Why not? I don't think it's a bad thing. More often, local dealers do not change much on carshow display units unless these units were brought in only specifically for the show.

But only If the hood/engine area is clear and if u just do a short half press. More like bip instead of beep.

What i find inconsiderate is if there are folks checking the engine out and some guy behind the wheel goes beep or longer.
