$$$$.
You need so much manpower and surveillance to pull this off that you could most likely already raid the carnappers' lairs with the intel gathered to set up a sting that complicated.
There are millions of cars plying the road. The chances of any single car getting carnapped is literally one in a million. A bait car could be on the streets indefinitely, driving in the darkest hours of the night, in the worst neighborhoods for years and never get carnapped.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

kung pwede lagyan na lang ng bomba yung sasakyan para kapag nacarnap pasabugin nalang using gps

kala ko bait na mabait.
gawin dapat yung parang sa mga patay na chinese yung yari sa papel de hapon. paglapit nung carnapper sabay masusunog.

alam ko ang bait car sa US na pinakikita sa truTV eh mga bukas ang kotse, yung di na kailangang sungkitin at nandun na yung susi sa ignition. madaling maaamoy ng carnapper yan, if its too easy to steal then it must be a bait car.
also ang nahuhuli nila karamihan eh mga petty thieves lang, gang members, not those organized carnapping groups which is the main problem.
