    the driver's narration does suggest some hanky panky stuff.
    what authority should have done, in my own opinion only, is to have allowed them to deliver the goods and then arrest those to whom they delivered the goods to.

    ung truck nirent lang

    dapat sinundan hanggang saan ibababa ang kable

    mahuhuli sana ung buyer and seller
