Easy enough to bend down between cars so you'll be out of sight.

    pocketknife to the wheel sidewalls
    superglue

I like the pocketknife to the wheel sidewalls idea because I know that he'd be spending money on replacing those tires. Even better is GH's idea to stab 2 wheels. There's a BIG chance that I will chance upon that car in the parking lot again.

The mind is willing but the flesh is weak eh. It's always the case with me. hehe.

Good idea about the wheel pero it only cost him less, bili lang sya ng mga used tires kse sabi mo kamo medyo old na ride nya...but more damage will do to him about the bonded door...di na sya makakapasok at kelangan nya sirain yong key assembly or basagin yong glass para mabuksan...

Unscrew the tire valve caps, apply mighty bond on the treads, and quickly screw it back on. Repeat for all 4 tires. After a few weeks, he'll decide to have his tires inflated....hehehee... he'll have a fun time trying to unscrew his tire valve caps.

If there is a security camera, bring some stuff (e.g. groceries) and accidentally drop it and make sure some items roll near his car. While you're picking up your stuff, that's when you do your magic.

but stabbing a couple of tires would only require five seconds of total elapsed time compared to super-gluing a door would require at least 15 seconds or longer to do a proper job. :evillaugh

too complicated. Just knife the tires and be done with it.
