You mean number coding? The odd-even scheme was done almost 2 decades ago. Well, a zero ending means Friday restriction.

May window naman from 10am to 3pm they can use their car except in Makati. Pasig, Marikina and Taytay has no odd-even scheme.

March 30th, 2007 11:23 AM #8It does not matter whether your car is from Manila, Cebu, Bicol or Iloilo. As long as the plate ends in a certain digit, it cannot be on road for a certain period on a certain day of the week within Metro Manila.
If cars from the provinces were exempt from the Metro Manila coding scheme, then you'd see people getting their cars in Pampanga or Pangasinan etc instead.Last edited by creepy; March 30th, 2007 at 11:25 AM.
