toyota corolla gli 99 a/t

CON:
-rear seat leg room too small
-roof line when entering the front seats are kinda in the way, you have to bend a bit to clear them
-not enough power from engine
-stock suspension too tall and tends to trailer & yaw too much when changing lanes.
-weak brakes

PRO:
-mods for previous model corolla (ae101) are mostly applicable
-good stereo system
-once lowered, handling is precise
-good gas milage
-engine swaps can be cheap (20v engines!)

98 civic LXi a/t

pros:

fuel efficient. i get at least 11 km per liter on city driving
smooth running engine for a sub 1600 car.
less shift shock (at least when compared to the EK VTi AT :P)

cons:
ride quality over bumpy roads. i wish it had macpherson struts instead of double wishbones.
legroom
aircon. sobrang ginaw nga pag gabi at umuulan, pero parang blow dryer pag tanghaling tapat at nasa traffic.

hmmm... maliit legroom ng honda civic? akala ko ba naman mas malaki ang space ng civic compare to other sedan.:roll:
anyways, mine is 1995 nissan sentra series 3 m/t

pro's
- precise handling
- powerful engine even only 110 bhp (bka cgyro mas malakas dahil i have my filter changed to simota:o) , so it gives me more confident in overtaking other cars
- brakes gives good bite.
- easy to modulate clutch
- good suspension
- power everything
- sporty look
- pweden pwede isugod sa baha, ndi madaling tumirik:twisted:

con's
- car more than 5 years exibits many problem, the parts of the car do not last very long.
- stock good year tires gives very audible road noise
- easy to modulate clutch but clutch can sometimes be hard beacause it is cable type clutch.
- aircon not so good anymore.
- weak headlights
- the seatbelt lock squeaks a lot when the car is shaking.
- problematic front windshield ( wag ka masyado tutok dahil if you think na malayo ka pa, malapit ka na)
- not so good mileage 6km/1ltr
- noisy auxilliary fan

99 honda city exi m/t

pro's
- very fast due to very lightweight (around 950 kg.)
- prestigous:!: no honda taxi...
- car parts very very strong.
- painless ownership , easy to maintain
- very good mileage 9-10 km/1ltr
- small and practical...good car for the first time drivers
- easy to park
- good visibility
- very precise handling
- excellent suspension even the stocks tires are just only 175/65 r 14
- strong headlight
- aircon very cold

con's
- very cramped rear seats.
- body not very strong, dents easily when hit
- no power side mirrors, you have to adjust it manually
- side mirrors cannot be folded
- not very confident brakes ( i once hit the back of adventure, lucky me that only my plate protector was cracked and no damage in the body)
- parts very expensive compare to others

2000 Nissan Frontier 2.7E m/t with 26K on the odo:

Cons:
- matagtag/ POS OEM shocks
- brakes can use more improvement; rears lock up easily
- PIA to align the wheels properly
- the aircon fans could be a bit stronger
- moderate-heavy understeer
- no cupholders... gasp 8O (this has been addressed in the newer models i think).

Pros:
- very reliable engine
- noise levels and vibrations are minimal (for a diesel engine)
- minimal visible exhaust emissions
- brisk performer (revs to its redline as if it were a gas engine)
- fuel efficient
- good headlight reflectors
- cool aircon (despite the fans being a tad weak per setting)
- light and soft clutch pedal
- good forward visibility
- good turning radius

cons:
- suspension, very sensitive lalo na pag sinubukan imodify w/ aftermarket parts.
- electrical system. daming kelangan palitan na fuse, wires etc.
- daming kalampag and noise level reduction is a bit poor for its class
- mahal pyesa
- audio system. parang tinipid and prone to skipping yung changer (clarion)

pros:
- engine. power delivery is excellent. one of the most powerful midsized sedans of its time (whether ss or vr variants)
- excellent legroom
- aircon. lakas and maginaw!
- good brakes
- porma! best looking galant imho
- strong headlights, fog lights

yes, masikip ang rear seat ng EK Civic. The 2k1 ES Civic's rear seat is better but still slightly less spacious than the lynx's and altis's

2002 Kia Sedona RS M/T 2.9liter turbodiesel with 12,000km odometer reading

PROS:
- engine is quiet for a diesel
- my kids can sleep fully reclined during long trips to the province; a spacious 7-seater with swiveling captain's chairs in the second row
- an abundance of cupholders and storage bins
- decent 13 km/li highway mileage
- comfortable suspension system
- wide wheelbase; good road balance
- malakas yung aircon sa likod
- dual sliding side doors
- powerful engine, di ako nabitin kahit paakyat ng Kennon

CONS:
- tagal magpa-warmup ng diesel; tagal magpa-cooldown ng turbo
- hirap mag-park ng mahabang sasakyan
- RS model only has steel rims with wheel covers; for a sticker price of nearly P900K, dapat may mags na sana
- it has the dreaded "anything not made in Japan is of inferior quality" reputation
- wala syang secure storage bin sa rear hatch area (i miss having a trunk)
- mas mainit ang aircon sa harap compared sa likod
- hindi tiklop-able/removable yung third row bench (although you can push it all the way forward to create a big cargo space)

Cons:
-Liit ng legroom sa rear seats
-LUMANG MODEL NA (Ganda ng new strada's and endeavors)

Pros:
-Very reliable (engine and suspension)
-Very simple engine design
-Very cheap parts; widely available sa market
