May 20th, 2024 12:25 PM #2Our easytrip account have now been billed 3 times for CAVITEX passages (3 x P35) over the past 3 months ... which never occured. I don't even know where is that Cavitex tollway.
We are from the north and seldom we go further south than NAIAX for MOA.
I tried today Easytrip support via Messenger and they gave a case ID number.
Hopefully this gets settled and fixed permanently.

May 20th, 2024 12:31 PM #3i used to think hard on when and what tollgates were the "questioned transactions" involved in.
it invariably resulted in, "honga! i remember now!".
some time back, i had a newly-acquired used car.
when i drove it in for a new SLEX RFID, i was informed by the guy that the car still had "arrears".
i countered, "bakit ninyo pina-daan?"
i got my new RFID without further discussion.
apparently, computer glitches do occur.Last edited by dr. d; May 20th, 2024 at 12:41 PM.
