LTFRB Franchise

do you have any idea kung open pa ang franchise for garage/shuttle(bnew L300) service ng LTFRB? if yes how much po kaya?

sorry for riding on this thread.. regarding ltfrb franchise din po ang tanong ko...

kailangan pa ba mag apply ng ltfrb franchise kapag mag setup ng isang trucking company?

why i ask:

back when i was a lot younger, marami ako nakikita na mga truck na flat lang yung likod nila.. being loaded.. parang forwarder sila... naka yellow plates which means na parang PUV sila ergo may ltfrb franchise... the truck also has markings like "from manila to any point of luzon...."

as compared with say dhl, fedex, jrs cargo... yung mga service vehicles nila so far.. wala akong nakikita na yellow plates sila ever since.. if this is because HINDI NA (by law or by the nature of their business) nila kailangan mag apply or hindi nila na apply-an but lagi silang nasisita sa kalye ... i don't know...

feeling ko kasi parang walang difference yung substance ng nature ng business ng dalawang cases na nabanggit... so ano ang difference bakit yung isa naka yellow plates.. yung isa hindi?

I think di na po yata open ang shuttle at vehicle for hire. This franchises will become AUV express according to Luningning Bautista of LTFRB.
For now, the convertion of vehicle for hire and Garage/shuttle service franchise to AUV Express was put on hold by 5 senators who are against it.
Much better po kung punta na lang kayo LTFRB personally to inquire about what happened.

collit99, kung hindi k p nkkbili ng franchisa advice ko lng sau check mabuti ang franchisa na gusto mo bilihin kc marami mga talahid na franchisa o "fake" na nagbebenta nyan.
