    Lol, hindi po. Siyempre ka officemate ko at matagal na kami dito magkakasama kaya concern din. Nakalimutan lang daw niya magpa renew. 2 weeks ago nag expired.

    an expired license does not mean no license, it only means the license is expired. may penalty pag nahuli but it does not make you liable automatically in a traffic accident. liability will still bear on the one at fault. di ka nga lang maka-claim sa insurance mo at pag strict yung traffic officer multa ka (or lagay ka).

    Ang renewal kasi ng drivers license every 3 years. Kaya makakalimot talaga lalo na mga baguhan.

    Ako guilty na nakalimot din. Papunta ako motel pero naghanap muna mabibili pagkain. Bago makapunta sa 24hour resto eh yung kalsada medyo traffic ng 1am kaya tataka ako yun pala may checkpoint. Nung kotse ko na sa checkpoint eh hiningi drivers license ko. Syempre bigay ko. Pa-iling-iling yung police tataka naman ako. Tapos yun pala expired drivers license ko!!! Ayan na nagkatawaran na kami. Doon ko din nalaman wala ako dala pera! Ang bait naman nung fling ko pinahiram muna ako kwarta. hahahahaahahh

    Dahil sa pangyayari na yan every birthday lagi ko na tinitingnan drivers license ko. Mabuti na nangyari nahuli ako sa checkpoint kaysa makabanga ako kotse or tao mas magastos pag hindi sagot ng insurance.

    Ahh OK. I always thought expired is the same as no license.

Help, accident with an expired drivers licenced.
