Do you give tips to your sales agent when buying a new car?

Nope. Kumita naman na sila ng commission eh. The best I would do is refer him/her new clients.

no. they already earned a commision from the sale. hindi naman yan waiter or taxi driver na maliit ang sweldo. 2% of 2M is P40,000 which is more than enough motivation for them to do the job right.

I don't the best thing I could do is refer them to someone that is eyeing the same brand.

I give something (not monetary btw) dun sa suki ko na service advisor.
