In general, the service that I am getting with Bonifacio Ave. Foton is very good. From the Service Supervisor down to the Mechanic, they are all approachable and customer oriented. Even in other branches na na try ko (QC and Pasong Tamo Extn.), mababait sila and you can tell them your concerns. If they cannot resolve it at their level, they contact the plant in Subic and ask for assistance or schedule if further fixing is needed.

I guess they have been trained that way dahil expected nga nila na a lot of complaints (small or big) will come in their way because of the "stereotype" filipino in us na "China brand kasi yan eh".... "Sirain kasi yan eh".... "puro problema yan kasi lemon yan eh"....
