August 15th, 2014 05:54 PM #1Guys, Paps, Bro, anyone who can tell me something about variant? perhaps meron na nakapag test drive sa inyo nito, nakapag test drive na kasi ako ng thunder before pero not this ironman edition. also I've also heard meron din ironman edition si isuzu dmax? ano ba difference nila regarding ride? interior, may nabago ba? reasonable ba yung price?

Ang mga bago: suspension, ride height, bumpers, at bigger and wider wheels... ganun pa din ang engine. Price eh mas mahal... alomost 1.4 M yata yun
Mas OK pa siguro na kunin yun base na 4x4 at ikaw na magpa modify.

New shocks, shackles, spring mounts, Black Rhino 17" wheels, big-arse tires, off-road front and rear bumpers, with tow hitch and winch mounting point (winch is up to you), front bumper with integrated LED DRLs, plus separate LED foglights. Also window visors and mats... though who cares about that part?
You could probably do it a little cheaper outside (for example, surplus 17" wheels instead of Black Rhinos), but the Ironman package allows you to keep factory warranty despite all the mods. Only things missing, really, are that winch and a snorkel.

Problem is, it is still a foton. Grabe pangit daw reliability niyan as per my friend na 2 taon pa lang pick-up nila eh dami na problem. Yung crosswind nang katrabaho niya na pareho sila nanag biyahe eh ayus na ayus pa. Change oil at adjustments lang sa mga belts nagagawa. Sa 1.4M, marami pang reliable na product dyan imho.
Natatawa na lang ako sa tough truck motto nila. Mas okay yan sa Ford. Just my 2 cents.

snorkel na lng submarine na hahahha. that cummins diesel is interesting.
