Business only listen through their pockets. Kung unacceptable yung practice ng Laus Group boycott dapat ng consumer. Sa US kaya alaga customers dahil malakas consumer rights movement nila. Kung hindi good customer service lalangawin yung company.

XDM40, update us, because I always had the impression Mars Red was exclusive for the top of the line model.
