They both use the split headlight design (main headlight with separate DRLs/ turn signals) but different execution. I can still see a hint of Mustang on the Ford.

BMW recently joined the split headlight club too.lol

Yes. Although there's a rumor that the Vietnam-market model will be assembled in Vietnam.
The Brazil-spec model will most likely be imported from China since Ford no longer has a plant there.
