    kaya usually sa mga fastfood joints crew members acknowledge the amount they receive and the change they give para maiwasan ang mga ganito...

    i hope maayos ng friend mo iyan para di na maulit ulit yung kalokohan nung crew...

    This is serious stuff. I hope you kept the receipt which contains important info like time and date, food purchased, etc. A&W Head Office should not only complete your change but also do drastic action to resolve this incident and make sure that it will not happen again.
