Trinoma High-End Restos Exodus?

Trinoma is the best shopping mall in QC (not too busy during weekdays, not too much jologs compared to SM City) but I think the biggest problem there is their lease rates are too high more than anything else. Of course their crowd isn't like Makati or Rockwell but you can still see many middle to middle high clients similar to SM MOA.

Ayala Land probably thought that since they were the only premier mall in northern Metro Manila, they could command Glorietta level rent.

I know a few shops there planning to close down after their lease expires so I hope Ayala fixes their rent soon...
