Usapang tax...
Personally. Subway for me is "Korean Food!"
Subway bread isn't bread, Irish court says | Yahoo! News
Ireland’s Supreme Court has ruled that bread sold by the fast food chain Subway contains so much sugar that it cannot be legally defined as bread.
The ruling came in a tax dispute brought by Bookfinders Ltd., an Irish Subway franchisee, which argued that some of its takeaway products - including teas, coffees and heated sandwiches - were not liable for value-added tax.

Bakit "korean food" for you?
Basta ako wheat bread lang naman kinakain ko so i stick to that even when i order there. Although i do indulge in their parmesan oregano bread option when i'm feeling "sinful" from time-to-time. [emoji23]

^ THIs video was uploaded more than 6 years ago and as a result of this expose (one of several i've read), subway has retooled and changed the ingredients of their wheat bread so much so that it's now practically genuine wheat bread that's in their inventory. but of course, i doubt that they'll be offering 100% whole wheat bread because the taste of the real deal is not appealing to the masses as compared to the sliced bread every fast food chain is offering.
besides, subway offers the least amount of sodium in their menu when placed side-by-side w/ their competitors. that's significant in terms of reducing long term crappy effects on the human body.
