been baking my own pizzas since 99 using Bambi crusts. i don't like bambi pero walang iba eh.
nag-try ako na mag prep ng sariling dough, and whaddaya know, lumiit habang binebake. badtrip! nagtapon tuloy lahat ng toppings. yung 14 incher dough, naging 9 inches na lang!
ano ba recipes ng dough nyo jan? pa-share naman.

yan ba ung brand na nasa grocery?.. alam ko dame choices sa cherry fooderama nun pumunta kame dun.. may mga toppings na din ung iba..

mom ko may recipe siya ng pizza dough e. consistency is the same as d'marks pizza..ill try to look for it..

dough na lang talaga ang stumbling block ko eh. i figured out everything na, including how to duplicate even yellow cab's new york style (the secret is in the garlic...apply liberally, hehe). been making my own magoo's everything on it for years na din, hehe.

Flour # 01
Yeast
Bread Improver
Iodized Salt
Anchor Milk Powder
Try to get if its available there in the market, especially the bread improver, i'm using "PURATOS" brand.. Once you got all the items...i'll give you the specs... K? Gowww!

ewan ko lang kung meron sa supermarket ninyo ito.. try the brand: village gourmet.. better than bambi but still iba pa rin yung sariling gawang dough..
