I am in the mood for some Ma-Chang which can be bought at some chinese deli stores where I live but how do you cook it? Steam or boil it? How long?

We usually boil it. Not sure lang if how many minutes Si manang cook na bahala dun

Some relatives said pwede rin daw i-microwave? Haven't tried it though.

For me, Ma-Chang is best served with spicy ketchup ;)

    steam lang kami.

"ma-chang" is yung chinese suman na triangle, parang pyramid. "ma" is for meat. alam ko may "tao-chang" din. "tao" is for bean kaya beans naman ang nakahalo.
