Anyone here knows how to make that mouthwatering sweet sauce just like the one sa mga push cart type vendors.
Ano kaya ang mga kasangkapan nito? I know meron kasama sa mga supermarket pre-packed fishballs pero di sya as good as the 'dirty' type hehe.

Fishball Sauce ni Manong Fishball:
Ingredients:
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 tbsp. sugar
1 cup water
1 slice siling labuyo
1 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in
1-2 tbsp. water
Directions:

my sarsa espesyal:
½ cup vinegar (del monte cane)
¼ cup soy sauce
1-2 onion (chopped)
brown sugar or the best ang mang tomas or andok’s lechon sauce (hot and spicy) pang tamis about 1 cup. Timplahin hanggang sa tamang tamis at asim
½ tsp ground pepper (depende sa trip)
at syempre labuyo mga 1-2 pcs finely chopped
Pakuluan for a few minutes (para di masira)
You can store sa ref for future use. Pwede ito sa any fried fish, liempo or squid. Kasi nga tamis anghang. Talo pa ang ketchup. At syempre gawang bahay kaya sigurado tayo…no msg no food color etc.

Wow thanks for the quick reply guys
I'm trying it this afternoon agad hehe. We got some bags of fishballs kasi last weekend and I wasn't contented with the sauce. Tried to buy off from a vendor his sweet sauce pero ayaw ibenta, di rin daw nya alam kung papano ginagawa - baka trade secret hahaha!

Ma-print nga yung recipe tapos ipagawa ko sa maid mamya... he he he!
