Ano po ba lasa? Mostly anong luto ang ginagawa nyo, at kung may backyard farm kayo, mahirap bang alagaan at mabaho sa paligid?

Nakita ko sa youtube yung isang foreigner na babae na kinakain ng hilaw yung rabbit meat, dahil sobrang linis daw at masustansya pa sa manok?

Think of the whole thing parang texture ng chicken breast. Niluluto ko ito kaldereta usually. I tried it just once medyo bland yung lasa. Wala halos fat eh.

iyong host kasi namin sa seattle may backyard rabbit growing thingy tapos once in a while prinepare niya for meals. dunno if illegal iyon sa kanila (kasi nasa loob pa din ng seattle bahay nila) kapag sila nagpapalaki tapos hinahain nila hehe

btw, i've read that rabbit meat is a good alternative to poultry and cattle flesh. it's been made a staple food in other countries because it's cheap to raise and it's so quick to multiply. i think there's plans here by the DAR to introduce rabbit meat to the general public

afaik, rabbits are serious pests in some Australia, because they breed like crazy.

i dunno about the plan to introduce them here: if a few manage to escape into the wild, we could have the same problem as Australia, lagot yung mga pananim natin.

As for rabbit meat: i hear medyo malansa siya, gamey. Maybe because of their diet. If they come up with some sort of B-Meg for rabbits e baka pwedeng ma-alter yung lasa.
