    I remember some years ago, I was having dinner with my cousins in Monterey. There were a couple of men who supposedly were looking intently at us. I did not see them as they're behind me a table away. So suddenly, the (American) husband of my cousin confronted them by asking them loudly (while seated) why they were looking at us.

    The two men left a few minutes after without uttering a word.

    A bit scary, and thank God, nothing happened.....
