Oatmeal Protein pancakes:
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
- 1 cup oats, better if grinded
- 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp milk
1. mix all ingredients well
2. cook like a normal pancake. better if you use butter of cooking spray.

rolled oats, boil lang.
pag naluto na lalagyan ko ng peanut butter, tapos dadagdagan ko ng chocolate milk or fresh milk na may milo. or fresh milk na may milo at may kape para mocha

My cardiologist recommended Muesli. Sa Cash & Carry meron. Medyo mahal lang.

Ako, kulang na lang kainin ko ng hilaw. 3 tablespoonful in a stainless bowl, add water then salang sa kalan, stir then pag kulo stop na. pag lamig lamig start na subo. No sweetener/milk/creamer
Mga tyahin ko sabi: hindi daw nila makakain yun, sabi ko naman diba gusto n’yo healthy? Ito ang healthy
For me ang sweets and other flavors naman can be get from other source/food/snacks so ganun na lang basehan ko. Sanayan lang
